A dissapointed former employee said in a review: "In Internacional Data Group there are many rules for a simple job, confuse management, focus on quantity instead of quality, office in bad conditions, like windows that not working, bathroom with tap loose, lack of space on kitchen, etc".
Alecia Englehart says"I have been on hold for over 50 minutes when I was told it would be a 5 minute wait. My ring doorbell is offline and I have someone going into neighbors’ garages and I need my ring to be online and working. Their customer service sucks and I’m very disappointed in the company."
Wulfrune says"Absolutely appalling. Let me embellish, the Ring Doorbell system was supposed to provide a seamless connection to you, your phone, and most importantly your house, it does none of these. I have 350mbs download with 3 Orbi Mesh routers (Tells me weak signal). The doorbell itself, sometimes rings, more often than not; doesn't, when it does ring on your phone, you cannot connect to it because it says "Weak Signal" remember I said about the 350mbs and the mesh Orbi's? but it insists weak signals all the same. Live view is none existent, let me spell it out, even on 5g it still does not connect... ever, not even once. The "Chime" system you can buy (more fool me for doing so) tries to make an imaginary WiFi that is impossible to connect to, no matter what you do. Customer service, don't make me laugh, they're on a par with the Genius Bar, they probably know less than you do. In closing DO NOT BUY Ring products, they work well in theory, but in practice, they're about as much use to you as an ashtray would be on a motorbike. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE"
Alex Hunter says"they billed me retail instead of sale price. when i questioned it they said they couldnt honor sale price even though its posted all over the website. extremely unhappy. product is not good."
Frank says"I am sorry to say that I find myself very disappointed with my recent Ring Video 2 doorbell. I experienced serious issues with connecting it to my network and despite phoning the community support team on two separate occasions and spending hours talking to them to get resolution I am now left with a device which I cant return and cant connect to any network!!"
